I scheduled my bike to be serviced with Ryan over the phone and he explained that it would be 3 weeks or so before they could work it in, that was fine since I would be able to ride until then. Called the day before to confirm and he said it was confirmed , Great! Took it in the day before since I had an early golf Tee time that Saturday and he was very accommodating. He called when my bike was done, it was serviced and new battery installed as agreed, shout out to Ryan. And of course I had to see my favorite person Frances, she helped me pick out a set of gloves.
