I had been to many Harley shops in search for my bike. Visalia Harley blew all the other shops out of the water! Staff is amazing. Kind, courteous, attentive, they went above and beyond helping me. My son purchased a bike from a different dealership prior to me getting mine. No dealerships we have been to compare. He is very impressed with Visalia Harley and wished he had waited and bought his bike there. I cant say enough about how great this shops employees are. Not to mention all the goodies I received and continue to receive. I purchased my bike in March 2021. This week I received a personalized plaque with a picture of my bike. Very impressed. I was not able to add another team member but, I would like to mention Justin. He was great!!! He was very patient with me as I had a ton of questions and concerns. Justin helped me on choosing which bike would be the best fit for me as far as my size, and riding experience.. I recommend Visalia Harley to everyone shopping for a new bike. I have referred everyone I know shopping around for a bike or even just parts to make their purchase at Visalia Harley. If you do not live in or close to Visalia Harley, its 100%worth the drive!!
