Everyone was professional and very helpful especially the lady working the counter. However upon receiving my bike back it didnt have my double up seat screw on and when I told them about it the mechanic came out and looked at me questionable like I was lying and then brings me out this rusted screw to replace a piece that they lost. I was frustrated tremendously because of the whole situation. On top of that I literally had to ask for my originals parts back because they changed out a derby cover and didnt return my original. I appreciate everything but man the end of all that was infuriating and now my beautiful bike has this rusted ass screw on it looks terrible.
