I picked up a new battery for my Sportster. Eli advised me to install the battery per the instructions with the battery. I also purchased TC Bros. Sportster Forward Controls Kit with Eli's assistant. He advised me what to expect from ordering to delivery. I purchased a Harley shirt, too. Linda originally welcomed me and asked if I required assistance. I advised her I was waiting for Eli and I was browsing. After purchasing my battery, I continued browsing and required assistance. Linda was very helpful and informative with suggestions.
